BLACK FLORAL MIDI DRESS : FROM KCFW TO THANKSGIVING

 

Black is always the new black, for me. I know everyone is busy with their Christmas decor, but I can't forget the fact that Thanksgiving is two weeks away! So I thought of starting a new series on what I could wear for Thanksgiving. My black floral midi dress from The Pretty Posy Boutique, in downtown Overland Park, is an amazing pick, not only for Thanksgiving but also for any weddings, you might be invited to. There's something about moody florals for Fall, which is always a winner! 

I host Friendsgiving at our house every year. So I love to plan an outfit that is high on the comfort department. This dress checks off on both counts! Paired mine with nude pumps, and my hammered gold Teardrops from Nickel and Suede. I might even throw on a denim jacket, on Thanksgiving Day if it gets too chilly. Yes, this was one of my outfits for this season's Kansas City Fashion Week, and I believe I can carry it to Thanksgiving with equal elan!
