HONEY-BLONDE BALAYAGE: BEAUTY BRANDS AMBASSADORSHIP

@beauty.brands Ambassador! Yes, I have been holding this news for months now. So excited to share that all of my followers will now get 20% off at Salon & Spa services at @beauty.brands locations. Screenshot the coupon BELOW:

Here's a look at BEFORE! You can see that my roots are overgrown. My Balayage has faded and has become brassy. My curtain bangs are overgrown.

If you know me, then you know that I love to get my hair done. With losing my hairstylist of more than a decade, it’s been a journey, which finally led me to @lindsay_does_hair at @beauty.brands , Olathe, Kansas!

To get me Summer-ready, we decided to refresh my Balayage by bringing it up higher with more gold tones, get face framing curtain bangs and tone it all down to the most beautiful shade of Honey-Blonde! Big, bouncy curls on hair that I fell in love with! My ultimate goal is to have a style, which I can air dry. My stylist understood my vision, and her placement of color through balayage achieved that beachy Summer glam! I can style it with a curling iron to get these bouncy curls , or air dry it after scrunching my curls with some curl care products.

“Balayage,” is a French word, which means, to sweep. The color is painted upon. In highlights, the color is placed on selected chunks of hair. In Balayage, the color is placed on certain sections of hair. Its a much more low maintenance color job, than getting regular highlights,as the growth line, is more subtle. I feel , that overall, it gives a much more laid back chic vibe. My hairstylist at @beauty.brands , @lindsay_does_hair creates a custom balayage which frames my face! I love discussions with my stylist, over what my vision is and what can be achieved without compromising the quality of my hair!

What beauty service would you like me to highlight next? Let me know in the comments!

  1. Who needs to pass a color blind test?

There are many jobs that require the passing of a color blind test
. Some of these career paths include firefighters, railroad engineers, police officers, military personnel, Coast Guard officers, pilots, and more. In order to be able to serve in one of these positions, people are required to pass the Ishihara color blind test or a similar color vision test. However, it is important to understand that not all industries, businesses, agencies, or companies necessarily allow the use of color vision lenses. While it is important for some people to pass a color blind test, many also wear the lenses to improve and enhance their color vision for their job.
