CHEWOLOGY: TAIWANESE STREET FOOD IN KANSAS CITY

Katie Liu creates magic with Taiwanese street food in Chewology! Years ago, I knew of a lady with a dream - the dream of Chewology. I have seen her chase that dream and make it a reality. Take a bow Katie, so proud of you!

Does the name Chewology sound familiar to you? Well, you could have either read about our culinary escapades at Chewology - Hereor you could have dined there yourself.

Well, Chewology has just moved to its brand new location in Westport, from their food hall concept in Lenexa Public Market.

Yes, they do retain some of their classics on the menu, like their Gyoza trio, their Bao trio, Poke bowl, Dan Dan, and have so much more. My family is a huge fan of Cheolwogy. My daughter, who is surely one of the pickiest eaters, loves the Gyoza there. And can I add that you can have ramen, and you can have ramen at Chewology! You can thank me later.

One of the best ways to experience a region is to sample its street food. Chewology literally takes you on a food tour to Taiwan.

Craft cocktails by Brock Schulte kept the tasting session very spirited. I love my whiskey and i love my sake. But it was the first that I had been chasing whiskey cocktails, and sake cocktails, and had one more cocktail to go. If you love cocktails, just as much as you love your food, then surely try Long Tailed Mountain Lady, Oolong Sling, and of course Liquid Chocolate Mochi.

Chewology KC opens to the public on October 8, in Westport, in the erstwhile Bluestem space. So make sure, you head there to support the latest female-owned restaurant.

  4. Furthermore, assuming you are a street picture taker or an explorer who has a sort of energy for catching clamoring streets, then, at that point, Oxford Street has a great deal of, including well known retail chains, lead design store and the veteran and amazing Selfridges. https://twitchviral.com/
