This brand new peplum top from Express, also has ruffles and ballon sleeves, making it the perfect top. I have styled it with much-rise Mom Jeans from Express, but you can style it with leather leggings or even dress pants, depending on where you are wearing it. I wanted to opt for a business casual look, with this outfit. Added black and white Peckled Cork Novas from Nickel and Suede, to offset the purple/plum tones of the top. While I could have opted for blue skinny jeans, I felt my charcoal mom jeans, with its relaxed hem, would be a better fit. Skipped my usual pumps, and opted for black leather ankle boots.
